  2. Accelerated response with 8-hour labor on-site support after completion of phone-based troubleshooting for Level 1 plus self-identify severity levels 2 and 3 for escalated incidents.
  3. Annual contracts that allow for unlimited access to phone, chat and email support for issues as straightforward as “How To” assistance or as complex as disaster recovery support.
  4. Can’t Afford Downtime? Go for the next level.
Production Contract :
(24 Hours/Day, 7 Days/Week, 365 Days/Year)
  1. Mission-critical response with 2-*, 4- or 8-hour On-Site Service support, plus self-identify severity level 1 for dispatch and phone-based troubleshooting.
  2. Receive a designated point of contact for resolution management, escalation and status updates.
  3. Annual contracts that allow for unlimited access to phone, chat and email support for issues as straightforward as “How To” assistance or as complex as disaster recovery support.
  4. 2-Hour Mission-Critical on-site response may not be available in some areas – please check with Expertwave services representative for availability at your location.
Pay-per-Use Contract :
(12 Hours/Day, Sunday-Thursday)
